Cave Spring American Little League: 2012 season Divisions
Players are age 13 and 14. This is the first opportunity for many to play on a regulation size baseball field (90' base-lines, 60'6" pitching distance, 300' outfield fence) etc. In addition to games among CSALL teams, the Junior Division may have a schedule of Inter-League games with nearby leagues, (Cave Spring National League and Vinton League). There is also post-season play; CSALL selects an All-Star Team which competes in District and State Tournaments. There is also a Junior League Baseball World Series. Players often tell us that Juniors play is their most satisfying experience in recreational baseball.
