Requirements for Officials

All officials who work for the Catholic Schools in any capacity including but not limited to the following:

• Catholic Schools Athletic League 
• Widget Leagues 
• Catholic Schools Tournaments

must submit an updated form W-9 and must submit proof of attendance at a Safe Environment Training session.
