Friday, March 7 IS CONWAY NEXT??????????? Father Punches Referee After Dispute During Basketball Game . . . a Basketball Game Between Third and Fourth-Grade Girls! - The end of youth sports will not come as a result of a lack of interest from kids or their parents. No, youth sports will die off because no one will want to referee the games anymore. Why? Well, when you're 18 and acting as a referee at a basketball game between 9 and 10-year-old girls you probably expect to be heckled by the fans. It shouldn't happen, but it does. What you REALLY don't expect is to have the father of one of the players come out of the stands and punch you in the face so hard that it splits your lip. CLICK NEWSPAPER ARTICLE.
