WANTED: Referees that CAN see!
Tired of seeing the same old referees? Think you can do a better job?
Need a little extra cash? If you know anyone that can see with at
least one eye and knows how to use a whistle, let them know about

ADULT SPRING INDOOR LEAGUE
TEAM REGISTRATION: $400 per team IF paid in full prior to first game (use this form).
INDIVIDUAL
REGISTRATION: $50 per individual player registration (use individual registration
form).
PAYMENT: PLAYER(S) & TEAM(S)
WILL NOT BE REGISTERED, ENTERED
INTO LEAGUE, OR ALLOWED TO PLAY W/OUT PAYMENT!!
UNIFORMS: Crossroads will NOT provide uniform jerseys. Players of the same team are required to wear jerseys of the
same color.
COED: League is coed--at
least one female required to field full side (ie, 6 players on field with
female, only 5 if without); female goals = 2 goals.
IDENTIFICATION: Crossroads will provide official rosters to
referee prior to each game. Upon
request of referee or Crossroads administration, players must provide valid ID
(eg, driver’s license, school ID, player pass) to confirm identity and roster
spot.

TRYOUTS AND PLAYER EVALUATIONS: $20
- Each player will receive a fee T-shirt and a personalized evaluation from the coaching staff.
- Players MUST attend at least 2 of the 3 tryouts; all are preferred, if possible.
- It is important that players attend tryouts so that the coaching staff can have an accurate representation of player age breakdowns to form teams.
- Players MUST register and pay the fee by the first day of tryouts; click here to download forms.
