Registration for the fall 2008 season for all age groups will begin July 1st and close on August 16th. The season will begin on September 6th and end on November 1st. Please call the office (473-1203) if you have any questions.

You may download an application from the website and submit it by mail. The application can be found in the handouts folder on the left side of this page. You may also click on the link above to download the application.

Listed below are the dates for the second D-1 tryout. All players that have been invited back should attend. If you have any questions please call 473-1203.

All tryouts will be at O'Hearn Mathew's from 6:00pm - 8:00pm on the date listed for each age group.

U13 Boys: August 7th

U14 Boys: August 5th

U15 Boys: August 5th

There will be a referee class Friday, August 1 until Sunday August 3, 2008 for anyone interested in becoming a USSF Soccer Referee for the upcoming season.  The class will begin Friday Night and will run through Sunday Afternoon.

Risk Management Guidelines

Louisiana Soccer Association requires that all adult volunteers/staff members complete an online Risk Management disclosure form.

Volunteer/Staff Responsibilities

Every adult volunteer/staff member must complete a disclosure form every year. Click : https://onlinereg.leagueone.com/rm/RmDisclosure.aspx?O=7518&I=23 to complete and submit your Disclosure Form for Certification now.

Only the LSA Risk Management committee will be able to view the completed disclosure form.

Important note : Coach passes will not be distributed until the disclosure form has been submitted and a completed background check has been approved and recorded by the LSA office.

The fields at Johnny Downs are for match play only. Training sessions and pick-up games are not allowed at the complex.
