Maple Grove Crimson Hockey Site
Hockey Skills Exhibition
Date: 7/11/2009
Time: 11:00 am- 12:15 pm
Location: Maple Grove Community Center
Details: Come cheer on your favorite local Hockey players as they compete in a skills competition. Players from Maple Grove Varsity team and the Minnesota Wildcats Junior A team will compete in a variety of events including, fastest skater, breakaway challenge, shooting accuracy and much more.
Cost: FREE
High School Level 4 v 4
Coming to Maple Grove

A high tempo Summer-no check- HS league set up including graduating seniors, JR players, college players and local pro players is being put together by Cory Laylin of Euro/American Hockey. The core of each team will include HS players. We'd like to get 8 HS players per team filled in with the other more experienced players.

Location: Maple Grove
When: Tuesday and Thursdays Starting June 9th-end of July
How many sessions: 10 skates per team/2 hour sessions
Cost: $200

To register please go to www.euroamericanhockey.com and click on Programs/Registration. Go down about 5 lines and click on "online registration". Please fill out the info, initialed by a parent/guardian (waiver) and fill in the session, as 4v4 .

Fundraising - fundraising from the professional fundraising group hasn't gone as well as expected and part of the problem with this was that it hasn't been clearly defined what we are selling. With the help of this committee, directions and initiatives have been put into place. To date we have $150,000 secured line of credit from Premiere Banks and $50,000 in secured donations from individuals and businesses. More to come in the weeks ahead.
