The Crew's coaching philosophy emphasizes individual player development as well as team play and is based on the belief that soccer is best learned through playing the game. Training sessions include a lot of small-sided, competitive games with a theme or purpose that are designed to challenge the players and instill in them a high demand of excellence.

We ask that anyone who feels confident in his ability to play on a Division 1 Team, please contact the coaches to discuss practicing or playing with the Crew in the future.
