Also special thanks to Team Managers Tony, Carolina, and Mrs. Coyle for providing lots of water and pep talks. Another special thanks goes out to Zach for the video-taping of our battles. He is always a great asset to the team and has been there for us through the last couple years. Thanks again to everyone who came to watch as well.

We welcome our friends and fans to come watch or come play a game or two with us on Saturdays from 2pm to whenever it gets dark, as long as it doesn’t rain of course. But from bitter cold to blazin’ sun we’re there.

Gardner Reinforcements Join the Frontline!
That’s Right! The Creepz would like to welcome Five new additions to the team, Nick Wakefield, Lindsey Campbell, Jeff Pio, and Jon and Josh Porter. The new additions came to us from Gardner, KS and each one has brought their own unique style to the Creepz.
“They are a fresh installment to a classic team,” says # 7 Adam Tillery, one of the original six of the Creepz. “Nick, is an awesome lefty who’s endurance rivals my own. It seems like his pedal is always to metal when it comes to goin’ after the puck.” “Lindsey, oh my goodness! So much for breakaways, I can try every play in my book to get around her, but forget it!” “Jeff is solid, and when I say solid I ain’t kiddin’. He and I had a head on (literally) collision, I honestly haven’t taken a hit like that since…well never…or can’t remember since the hit.” “As for the Graveyard Nightmares, Jon and Josh, they come with a never give up attitude which is a major philosophy of the team. They can read each others plays with an uncanny ability, I wonder if it has to do something about them being twins…Oooo,” says Adam T.
Aside from skill, the Gardner gang, most importantly brings a positive attitude to the game and team. Though, the word around the veterans of the Creepz is that it is like looking in a mirror. One, they all started playing hockey in church parking lot, like the Creepz. Two, Nick looks very much like our own Gideon Coyle, and three, they all pretty much met each other through their youth group, just like the Creepz…now that’s what I call…creepy.

CREEPZ STRIKE GOLD IN FINDING NEW GOALIE
The Creepz have finally landed a netminder for all of their upcoming battles. We are proud to announce that Jason Curless has agreed to join the Creepz after our most prosperous recruiting effort. Shortly after the Gardner recruits joined our effort, Jason immediately brought leadership and a wealth of knowledge about Defensive strategy to the team. Jason is also the first Creepz goalie since both Alec and Bob Burns alternated in net as the brand new Creepz learned the game in 2001.

Jason's career has a few games where he encountered the Creepz in 2005. Let's just say that Jason was the Creepz' least favorite goalie...to shoot on that is. He has an amazing glove hand and also is very tough to deceive. We have also "borrowed" his services for a few games that same season. In retrospect, Jason played a key role in our 4-0 start, and he wasn't even considered to be an official Creep at that time.

We are very fortunate to have met all of our new friends and new teammates. 2006 looks to be a very exciting and eventful year. Many exhibition games are in the works and we will also work on joining a brand new league due to the folding of All American's Hockey program. Keep your eyes and ears open, the Creepz Army continues to expand!

NEW ACTION SHOTS ADDED TO SITE
After much demand, new pictures from the 2005 season have been added to our Action Shots section. We will try to dig up more pictures from the past seasons and other events throughout the years. Stay tuned for many more updates to our site.

BRAND NEW SITES ADDED TO OUR LINKS SECTION
During the busy off-season, we have gained many friends along the way. Be sure to visit all the sites on our links page. Many of these sites are our very good friends and family, but best of all – Creepz supporters. So support our friends by paying them a visit. Many more sites will be added very soon.

Texas Tom's Tribute
GOODBYE PARDNER
JANUARY 3, 2005 -- Yes, it is sad, but true. Texas Tom's Restaurant, which has satisfied the taste buds for all of the Creepz and friends for many years, has shut down it's deep-fryers and grill indefinitely. Located just a quick drive, walk, or skate away from the friendly confines of Woodcrest, Texas Tom's was always a late night or post-hockey favorite. With the cups that said "Come Back Pardner!" and the juiciest (or greasiest) Mozzarella Sticks, Texas Tom's will be very difficult to replace. It was only a few short weeks ago when we discovered that the windows to the place that arguably serves up the best French Fries in Kansas City were boarded up and the doors were chained shut. Please join us in remembering our good friend, Texas Tom.

ACTION SHOTS FROM 2004 SEASON DISCOVERED
JANUARY 3, 2005 -- A ransom was very close to being issued for anyone who was holding back on providing photos from the recent 2004 season. But Maria C. finally came through for us (or Gid-C finally asked her if she had some pictures). But nonetheless, this team photo is the first to come for the highly demanded pictures. So we thank you for your patience and please help us when we thank all who came out to cheer us on - First Presbyterian Church, Loree; Mike H.(#1 Prospect); the Gills; the Browns; the Coyles; Joe's Mom, Grandma, and Uncle; the Taylors; Nicolette, Seth and the rest of the Guerreros; Rachel, Jessie, Shaun, Nicole & the O-Max Crew; Pat and his sons T.J & Sage; Dave F.; Arik & Kristi; and Zach for joining us this season and taping all of our games.

For all that is good and right-I fight for the Black, Blue, and White!

        #7 Adam Tillery

Forged from the streets of Woodcrest, six companions came together by means of friendship and the pursuit of dreams.  In the beginning they had nothing but hopes and wishes, and they now stand with all they need in hand, fighting for good and all that is right. Like a distant star in the sky, their goodness still shined down to all, no matter what the distance.  For some who looked up, that star shined brighter than all the rest.  Making them wish upon that star, in the hopes of their dreams coming true.  What was six, now becomes many.  A gathering of true friendship, meant only for the fulfillment of each others' dreams.  Hold true they do to each other, for if the bonds of loyalty break, all their hopes and wishes will not be seen, and as a team, they will fail.  For friendship is like a bridge - unstable, and there is doubt. However, if strong, there is courage.  With courage to cross, all that is difficult and dangerous to pass will lie beneath your feet.  Leaving you to walk without despair.  For you know you are supported in every movement you make.  Safe, to crossover to whatever destination you will choose.

NEW "Official Game Playing" ACTION SHOTS!
Official Faceoff

IS THAT A CHALLENGE?
We always try to play hockey every Saturday from 2:00pm until dark. You can find us at Listowel Park in Shawnee, Kansas. Just in case, we have provided directions:
   - Located a few blocks west of I-35
   - Take the 67th street exit off I-35 and head west
   - Take 67th street all the way until you reach Quivira Road
   - Take a left onto Quivira (heading south) and until you reach
    71st street
   - Take a right onto 71st street and you will see the Park
    immediately to your left
   - Take a left into the parking lot (duh)

If I-435 would be easier for you, the best way is as follows:
   - Located a few blocks east of 435
   - Take the Shawnee Mission Parkway exit off of 435 and head east
   - Take Shawnee Mission Parkway all the way until you reach Quivira
    Road
   - Take a right onto Quivira Road (heading south) until you reach
    71st street
   - Take a right onto 71st street and the Park will be to your left

The CREEPZ encourage you to come out and play against us, with us, or just come out to watch us play some Old Time Hockey. We will be waiting for you.
