This is a fundraiser for the all of the Coon Rapids Baseball programs

Coon Rapids Baseball Rec League needs some new people to step up to the plate and become Board Members and take over the administration of the league. ALL Board Positions are OPEN for the 2011 season. . If you are interested, please talk to any current board member. Elections are held in OCTOBER but we would like to do on the job training this season for a smooth transition.

8:00-9:30pm: Juniors/Seniors

What is Spring Training?: Progressive program with each week building upon the previous week's work. Covers all areas - long toss, hitting, bunting, base running, holding runners, infield, outfield, pitching and catching.
Pitchers will be up to 40 pitch bull pens by the end of the program working on pitch develop and adjusting to
situations and hitters.

Structure:Each session will include stretching, throwing, defense, offense, base running, team competition, and the mental
game during the 1.5 hours focused on pitching, catching, and hitting. Players will be very active and practice is
focused on adjustments and helping players learn to coach themselves.

Cost (per player): $175 for the 8 week program.

Why: Instruction-based progressive program with 6: 1 player to instructor ratio in a practice format focused on
adjustments, competition, getting better, and preparing for the upcoming season while your competition is not.

organizations providing a consistent message.
