Welcome to our Team!
Here you will find all teams that I have had the opportunity to be associated with through coaching my daughters. Our adventure begins as soon as my oldest was able to play in organized sports. I feel obligated and honored to coach my daughters on their young careers. We have made many new friends and TEAM-MATES along our short adventure and are eager to continue.
My oldest is Camryn she is 6 and has been on a total of 9 teams that range from Soccer to Soft-ball and mostly anything consisting of a game. (EX. WIN OR LOSE) This is something that many object to, while I on the other hand feel this is a strong trait to possess. She (Camryn) is my worker. She works hard to obtain perfection, and continues to work even after all the times she fails. For the best part she will be a success I know because she does what it takes and has some natural ability.
Secondly we have Kylee, whom is 4 and just managed to hit the age of organized sports. She has had her first season of U6 (Under 6 yrs. old) soccer. I am simply amazed at the raw talent this little petite girl possesses. Speed, agility and quickness to name a few. It was truely a blessing to see these two work together on the field. Their age allows them to be on the same team ever other year. With expierence this kid will really shine, she is very talented physically.
As for the third Crass girl, Kelsey, She is only 9 mths but showing good posibilites!
Lastly for me I feel obligated as a father and as (in my own mind) an athlete, to be as much part of my daughters lives as I can and I seem to be able to relate to sports as a good source to express learning life and teaching life. With each team I feel that I gain more children to call "My Daughters" and my "TEAM-MATES" I enjoy coaching my children and so far I have managed to have 43 "My Daughters" on the field and off the field. There have been 9 teams consisting soccer and softball. I also want to say that these teams have all been well above average in relation to their competion. In short my "Teams" are "Teams" that must not be taken lightly.(RECORD 51-8) 0.843. I must add our teams have been very blessed to have outstanding people in every position from players, parents and coaches.
I take the challenge of winning very seriously and also know what it takes to win. Its is not judged by the scoreboard but judged by your own personal desire to improve. As for coaching I refuse to not have fun. With this outlook it seems the more fun we have the more we win within ourselves and on the SCOREBOARD!
