Covina National Little League: About CNLL

Covina National Little League has been chartered by Little League since 1954.  We are a non-profit organization. It welcomes all boys and girls ages 4 to 12 to join.  We have 7 divisions:  T-ball, Rookie, Minor, Major, Minor-Softball, Major-Softball & Challenger.  CNLL is proud to run the only challenger division within our surrounding cities.  Our challlenger division welcomes all youth with disabilities ages 5-22.  Our games are played on (2) little league regulation fields. Gene Zak Field is the League's Minor Division Field where Minor,  Rookie, & Softball games take place. Ray Slaboda Field is the League's Major Division Field where all Major games are played and at times Minor and Rookie games too.  Our T-Ball games are played on (2) fields which are located in Cypress school (connected to CNLL).  We have a fully stocked snack bar with fountain drinks, Water, Gatorade, grill, deep frier, etc.  Our snack bar is opened during every game and is worked by parent's & volunteers.  Visa & Mastercard are accepted.   Men's & Women's restroom facilities are located at the snack bar building. All field maintenance including: Mowing, painting, graffiti removal, trash pickup is done by board members & volunteers. The city of Covina's parks & recreation dept is not responsible for maintaining the league. Any help with these tasks is greatly appreciated.  Our season begins in early February with the practice of teams.  Games begin in early March and end in June.  Following our regular season, All Star teams are selected in the following age groups:  9 & 10 yr olds, 10 & 11 yr olds, 11 & 12 yr olds.  Fall ball begins in September and ends in late November.  Fall ball is an instructional season with 10 games.  All games are scheduled against all district 19 leagues that participate. We hope you come out to the ball park and enjoy watching the games.
