COVI Registration Night will be held on Friday, May 27, from 4:00 to 9:00 pm.

Teams are required to bring to Registration Night:
· Completed Roster Form (maximum of 18 players for U11 and up and 14 players for U8 through to U10, including 3 guest players that must be from within your Club)
· Player registration books for each player participating in the tournament, including guest players. All books must be validated by your District Association.
· Travel Permit for all teams outside of the York Region District.
