GOALKEEPERS

Lee Windrum -  Goalkeeper. Age 22. born Belfast. Previously with Norther Irish side Carrick Rangers and SPL side Hearts. Has already proved this season that he is capable of a  step up to a higher level.

Stuart McKenzie - Goalkeeper. Age 20. born Aberdeen. Previously on loan with the club in 2007 he has now signed  permanently. He will be looking to push Lee all the way for the No.1 jersey. 

DEFENDERS


Neil Cruickshank - Defender. Age 24, born Aberdeen.  Since returning from a loan spell at Sunnybank JFC in 2005, has been one of the unsung heroes for Cove. Deceptively strong and pacy, looks to have a great future as an attacking full-back.

Grant Fraser - Defender. Age 22, born Aberdeen. Signed in June 2005 having previously been with Aberdeen F.C. A very reliable left sided full back who can also slot into the midfield if required..   


Ritchie Livingstone - Defender. Age 33, born Aberdeen. Signed in January 2003 from Peterhead F.C. as an out and out winger but was drafted to full back where he has been outstanding since. His experience will also be a massive influence on the youngsters around him.

Dean Lawrie - Defender. Age 19.born Aberdeen. Formerly with Cove Boys Club, Dean has recently been promoted from the Under 19 side. He is comfortable playing in any left sided position and looks to have a good future in the game.

Phil McKibben -Defender. Age 21. born Aberdeen. Signed in August 2007 from Inverurie Locos. Although he loikes to play in defence is equally comfortable in midfield.

Murray McCulloch - Defender. Age 24. born Aberdeen. Signed in the summer 2008 having played with Inverurie Locos last season. Hada short spell with the club two years ago before heading south to complete his studies. Can play in either defence or midfield.

MIDFIELD


Kevin Tindal - Defender / Midfield.   Age 37, born Arbroath.   Signed from Peterhead F.C. in September 2004. A terrific ball winner in the middle of the park, he has now stepped back into a more defensive role. His SFL experience helps the youngsters around him. Recently promoted to 1st team coach 




Clark Bain - Midfield./ Defender Age 23, born Aberdeen. Signed for Cove in February 2005 from Peterhead. Now in his second spell with the Club having been farmed out from Peterhead for six months in 2004. Can play in a variety of positions but looks more comfortable in midfield. 

Eric Watson - Midfield / Defender. Age 26. born Dundee. Signed in July 2007 from Tayport Juniors. A strong player with great running and distribution of the ball. Great scoring rate and club Player of the Year in 2008.

Martin Johnston - Midfield. Age 30. born Aberdeen. Signed in February 2008 from Brechin City. Now in his 3rd spell with Cove Rangers having previously played for Peterhead and Elgin City. 

David Smith - Midfield. Age 21. born Aberdeen. Previously with Elgin City he joined the club at the tail end of last season. looking to force his way into the 1st team this year.

Kevin Webster -Midfield. Age 25. born Dundee. signed in February 2008 from Arbroath. A speedy player with a wicked cross. Loves taking defenders on.

FORWARDS

Phillip Reid - Midfield/Striker. Age 21. born Aberdeen. Signed from Montrose in july 2008 after a loan spell at he club. Has a great work rate and will be pushing hard for a permaent spot in the side.

Jamie Watt - Striker . Age 30. born Aberdeen. Signed for Cove in August 2007 from Inverurie Locos. Has considerable HFL experience and knows his way to goal. Top scorer at the club last season.

Robbie Henderson - Striker. Age 26. born Perth. Signed in August 2007 having previously with Tayport Juniors. Has already shown that he is a regular scorer and is keen to consolidate his posiion in the team. 

Gerry O'Driscoll - Striker. Age 30. born Aberdeen. Signed in October 2007 from Keith. Another with considerable HFL experience. Recently appointed Under 21 team manager. A great asset both on and off the park.

Barrie Stephen - Striker. Age 27. born Aberdeen. Signed in August 2007 having previously been with Elgin City. Brings a lot of HFL experience to the side and is a great dribbler and crosser of the ball.
