All Managers are requested to attend this meeting.  A lot of important information will be provided.  If for some reason you cannot make it, please send an Assistant Coach in your place.

*** WAMPLER CLEANUP DAY***

SAT., March 13 - 9:00am to ~ 2:00pm
is Cleanup Day at the Wampler complex.

Please come out and help.  Bring your tools, rakes, leaf blowers, gloves & whatever else might be needed to address at least the list of jobs below:

- Trash pickup and raking leaves
- Trash can lining and placement
- Hang bullseyes on backstops
- Drag and rake infields
- Cleanup/setup concessions stand
- Test electrical and scoreboards

EVEN IF YOU CAN'T STAY FOR THE DURATION, STOP OUT AND HELP FOR HOWEVER LONG YOU'RE ABLE.  EVERY LITTLE BIT HELPS!

Coaches may pick up their equipment bag, keys, and coach information packet assuming that required 2010 Volunteer Applications have been submitted to CLL.

COVENTRY LITTLE LEAGUE WILL BE HOLDING IT'S

ANNUAL COACHES' CLINIC - (MANDATORY)
ON SATURDAY, MARCH 27 @ 12:00-3:00pm

AT OJR High School Fields given by OJR and Norchester coaches.  This will be a great opportunity to learn drills, practice techniques, and a similar philosophy.  It's a great refresher for veteran coaches and extremely helpful to the new coaches.
