Our Football team, the Cougars, has a junior varsity team for boys in fifth and sixth grades. The season begins in August and runs through November.

The junior varsity level of play is designed for the student in fifth and sixth grade in need of instruction and practice in the basics of the sport. Participants may not have reached their 13th birthday before January 1 of the current school year. Corpus' program is open to parishoners in other bordering parishes that do not have a football team. There are no playoff games for junior varsity teams.
