Sunday, January 22
The raffle ticket stubs and sponsorship turn in will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Graziano's. The scheduled times for each division are as follows:
11:00 A.M. to 11:45 A.M. - Bronco and Pony Divisions
11:45 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. - Mustang Division
1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. - Shetland and Pinto Divisions
Team picture packets with assigned picture times will also be handed out that day. If the team mom cannot attend, please send a representative from the team to turn in the items.
Monday, January 9
Spring sign ups and tryouts are complete. All divisions are at capacity and any registrations will be on a wait list basis. If you wish to place a player on the wait list, please email the player's name, date of birth and contact information to cpybregistrar@hotmail.com.

The city's Parks and Recreational department updates this hotline for all field conditions. For games during the week, the best time to call the hotline is after 3:00 p.m. for that day's field availability.
