WELCOME TO CORONADO YOUTH SOFTBALL
The 2010 season will be CYS' fourth year participating in ASA softball. The Amateur Softball Association provides a comprehensive, strictly softball program with excellent opportunities for your daughter to develop her skills and have fun playing the great game of fastpitch softball. Your Board members have been hard at work behind the scenes making every effort to build upon the success of the past year. We appreciate your support and your patience as we implement further changes to our program. Our web site is loaded with information for parents, players and coaches alike. You'll find information regarding driving instructions to interleague fields, softball drills, field preparation, etc. Feel free to explore and let us know of any features you would like us to add. We hope you and your child enjoy her season with Coronado Youth Softball. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact one of your Board members.

CYS held its 2008 closing ceremonies and awards celebration at Vernetti Field. Dear Prospective CYS Booster,
The softball season is approaching rapidly and we are planning for the 2008 season - this will be the 3rd year of the Coronado Youth Softball (CYS). The response from our first two seasons has been overwhelmingly positive. This year we are anticipating a significant increase in the number of girls who want to play softball upwards of 12 teams at various age & ability levels (age 6-14). The increased numbers of players means our need for outside financial help has also grown. We are asking Coronado familes to consider becoming CYS Boosters.
A $20 donation entitles an Indivdual Booster to receive a CYS logo booster window decal, while a $35 Family Booster Member also receives an additional "Softball Window Smasher" decal.
Your tax-deductible contribution will be used for the following: new equipment, safety gear, uniforms, umpire fees, awards, field maintenance and miscellaneous expenses incurred in the management of the league. It is the aim of the CYS to provide state of the art safety equipment to all participating girls. Your support will make it possible for CYS to meet the needs of our growing league and reach our goals for the 2008 season.
