PARENTS! THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY MEETING FOR ALL CORONADO POP WARNER CHEER AND FOOTBALL PARENTS AT 6:30 PM ON THURSDAY THE 28TH OF JULY AT NEIDERMAYER FIELD (CORONADO HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL STADIUM) IN THE STANDS. THIS IS A PARENT MEETING, YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND. 

There are two additional late registration dates for football.

They will take place at my home in the Coronado Cays.

There is a $20 late fee for all registrations from now on.

The dates are Monday, June 27, 4-8pm and Saturday, July 16, 9am-12pm.

Please call or email me to confirm which registration you will attend.

Both the parent and the player must be present.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION:

ORIGINAL certified Birth Certificate and 2 copies for the league to keep.

ORIGINAL proof of residency (SDGE, water, land phone line, insurance or cable bill, drivers license, car registration, rental or housing agreement).

ALL students must provide first and final report cards (2 copies each) for 2010/2011 school year,  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.

A recent 2"x 2" color photo for the league to keep (Headshot with No hats or caps).

A registration fee of$170.00 per first player in a family and $125.00 for each additional player in a family. Flag Football will have a fee of only $75.00.

Scholarships are available.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CHILD'S END OF YEAR REPORT CARD & ORIGINAL PHYSICAL FORM TO ELIGIBILITY COORDINATOR, DEBBIE KARNEY, ON or BEFORE JULY 25th. YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN CONDITIONING OR PRACTICES UNTIL ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK IS SUBMITTED.
