Official Site of the Corona Angels: News: ANGELS CELEBRATE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE

The Corona Angels celebrated Christmas and the Angels 10th year as an organization.

Among family, friends, and alumni, the Angels recapped local, state, and national accomplishments
of the 2007 season which included all six Corona Angels teams qualifying for ASA Nationals and 3
of those teams earning top-5 finishes.

The event included an auction of gift baskets, a plasma TV raffle prize, senior speaches, and was
highlighted by introductions of Angel scholarships - past, present, and future.  The Corona Angels
boast 42 scholarships in only its fifth year of competing at the Gold level.

The following Angel alumni shared in the festivities, despite their busy holiday break from college:

Victoria Tyson (University of Nebraska), Morgan Stuart (University of Washington),
Julianne Brechtel (University of Nebraska), Chandra Mogan (University of Tennessee),
and Lesley Rogers (Arizona State University).
