Defensive line digs in

Welcome to the on-line home of the Cork Admirals, Cork's only kitted American Football team. The Admirals play fully kitted 11-a-side football in the Irish American Football League.

The Cork Admirals are currently preparing for their sixth full season of IAFL football. The Admirals reached the ShamrockBowl last season, Ireland's version of the Superbowl.

The Admirals have two teams entered in league competition this year, one in the IAFL and one in the 8-a-side league DV-8's. It is a great time to join. New and inexperienced players will get a chance improve their skills and to earn extra playing time through this 8-a-side competition.

If you would like to join the Cork Admirals feel free to come to one of our practices at
Kennedy Park to watch or to take part (upcoming practice times outlined above, or contact Keith at 085-7195556 or Alan at 086-2202093 or mail keith.ocallaghan@cit.ie).
Everyone is welcome regardless of age or ability or physical condition. As well as our senior kitted team we have a senior flag-football side and have Corks only YOUTH FOOTBALL team (ages 17 and under).

New players are always welcome, and training in the techniques and skills needed to play the sport will be provided by our qualified american football coaches. Check out our recruitment page for more information.
See our Admirals News page for up-to-date club news.
