Registration for the 2010 season has begun.  The registration fee is $60 per player ($40 for T-Ball players), or $115 per family.   We encourage you to download the registration forms online from the CNLL website, fill them out at home and then turn them in at Registration.  This will help shorten your stay at Registration.  Blank forms will also be available at Registration. 

The following forms are required, and all can be found under the Registration section: 

·         CNLL Registration Form

·         Medical Release Form

·         Parent Code of Conduct

If you are registering a child in CNLL for the first time you are required to provide proof of age so please bring a copy of the child's birth certificate, which will be immediately returned. 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  If you are able to volunteer in any capacity for the 2010 season please bring your driver's license (or a copy) with you to registration and fill out a volunteer application.  Volunteer applications will be available at Registration or can be downloaded at concordnll.com under the Handouts section.
