Concord National Little League requests a Manager and Coach Evaluation from each player’s parents. CNLL May use these evaluations to help identify the most qualified managers and coaches for next season’s managers and coaches. Please take a few minutes to complete this evaluation form and return it in one of the ways described at the bottom of the form. Your candid feedback is important. You may elect to complete the form anonymously. By submitting the Manager and Coach Evaluation, you are helping to ensure that we provide the best baseball instructors and role models for our children.
