<em><font size="4" color="#ffffff">Go to <u>HANDOUTS </u>Section and download Entry Form .. fill out &amp; print</font></em> 
</p>

<font size="4" color="#ffffff"><em><u>No College Players</u> are allowed on roster (if played a season of college ball)</em></font>

<em><font size="4" color="#ffffff">Send Entry Form along with Entry Fee of $550 to address listed on form</font></em>
