OPENING CEREMONIES Saturday, March 31 10:00 am
BBQ WORK DETAIL The following is a schedule of the assigned work duties for each team at the Little League BBQ on Sunday, April 1st. This BBQ is an important fundraiser and we need everyone’s help to make it a huge success! Each team is scheduled for a 2-hour shift and we ask that a parent of each team member report for work at their teams designated time at the KC Hall on IH 10 in Columbus.T-BALL (All teams) Bring one cake to the KC Hall between 9:00 & 11:00am on the morning of the BBQ.
PEE WEE GIRLS Mgr. Johnson: Wash pots & pans in Kitchen 10:00 to 12:00 Mgr. Post: Supply Runners / Floaters* 10:00 to 12:00
PEE WEE BOYS Mgr. Wallin: Clean off tables from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm Mgr. Cruz: Wash pots & pans in kitchen from 12:00 to End Mgr. Loessein: Supply Runners / Floaters* 12:00 to End Mgr. Pitchford: Clean off tables from 12:30 to End
MINOR (GIRLS) Mgr. Garcia: Serve cake & tea from 10:00am to 12:00noon Mgr. Ruether: Serve cake & tea from 12:00noon to End
