I've had the great pleasure of knowing Mike for a few years now and let me say that Mike was one in a gazillion. Mike was not only a very good friend, but was some-one I respected and learned a great deal from. He was patient, kind and always had his heart in the right place. He touched not only my kids, in baseball and softball, but literally hundreds of kids at Columbia and throughout our district. We do and will miss Mike every day.
Our prayers and thoughts go out to Mike's family.

It is a sad day for all here at Columbia and in the little league community. Mike has touched many people in his extended family. My families prayers go out to Kim and the kids for their loss but also to anyone that mike has touched in his years at Columbia. As I said in a previous email I am honored to be able to call Mike Warchol my friend and I know in my heart he felt the same way about me. i

Mike was a great guy and will be missed by all of us at Central Vancouver. It was a pleasure to get to have met Mike. He made the softball games a lot of fun and always had such a great attitude and a smile on his face. The girls at Central loved his sence of humor. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.

Mike will be greatly missed at Columbia.
The amount of time and energy he put into this league will leave a huge void. Mike was never to busy to help out when you needed it or to solve any problems that came up. We send our condolences to Mike's family.

We lost a great man today. Mike's dedication and love for kids expressed through softball and baseball will never be equaled. It was an honor to have known Mike and have the opportunity to coach side-by-side with him.
Thank you Mike and Godspeed!

Chris,
Thank you for making sure something was on the Web site that Mike took such care in. The Pecsons send their thoughts and prayers to Kim and the kids. Mike was a very important part of our baseball lives and at many times kept me sane. He will be greatly missed!

How are the Senior Girls doing? Even though we combined with another league can we get an update?

I would like to know if the Little LEague plans on doing anything for the Livingood family which lost their home to a fire. Shannon has done nothing but raise funds for the league and now would be a great time for the families to give back.
