| Columbia Little League was a great league experience for me when I lived there from 1971-1975. I wish the best to all the families and youth participating in the programs there. I fondly recall playing for Burgerville with many friends. |

Mike was a great friend!! Even after 6 months I still find myself starting to call him. If it wasn't for him I don't think our daughter would be playing. He tricked her into saying yes one afternoon and she hasn't stopped since. Our thoughts and prayers continue to go uout to Kim and the Kids. We will forever miss Mike!!

| Mike was a great man, with a great heart and a love for softball. My daughter had the pleasure of being coached by Mike for 2 years. He taught her the love of the sport and to enjoy herself while playing. Our family is truly affected by his loss and our thoughts and prayers are with his family and with his Little League family. He will be missed on the fields. |

Mike was my fall ball coach in 2005. He was the one that convinced me to play, he was on my back all the time about playing. One thing I remember was the nickname that he gave me, which was Emmy-poo, and I gave him a nickname Mikey-poo. Whenever I would feel bad about something Mike would always cheer me up. Mike had been bugging me lately to play again and now I may have to play again for him. It was really hard for me to write this but I did because he meant so much to me. I'll miss you Mikey-poo.

The prayers of my family go to Kim and her children in this very difficult time. The loss of Mike will not only effect them but Columbia and Softball! Mike worked hard for every child and family at Columbia and he will be missed very much.
