For the last 3 seasons Pastor James Mendoza from Vista Community Church has come out and lead us in our invocation during our opening ceremonies. Praying a special blessing over our families, friends and fields he touches our hearts with his genuine words of encouragement and inspiration.
Also, accompanying Pastor James is Vista's Roger Villa who has lead us in our National Anthem. Each season he has done it differently but Opening Day of 2010 was unforgettable as he belted out the most amazing rendition that left most of us with chills.
