Coach Bland enters his 7th season as head coach of the Colorado Bandits. In 6 seasons under the helm Bland has helped 95% of his players get onto the next level. Bland was a two sport athlete at Ranum High School where he lettered in Baseball and Football. He was selected by the Kansas City Royals in the 1981 MLB Amateur draft. He has a great passion for the game and enjoys teaching the fundamentals of the game to baseball's future. He currently makes his home in Littleton, CO with his wife Laura. Bland has 2 children Nichole (26) and Josh (23) as well as 3 granddaughters, Rylie (3) Calie (1) and Baylie (newborn).

Josh enters his 4th season as the Bandits pitching coach. Josh played his high school baseball at Ponderosa High School where he lettered and was named the 2007 Pitcher of the Year. Bland played his college baseball at Northeastern Jr. College where in 2009 helped lead NJC to it's first Region IX championship in school history. In 2010 Bland finished with a 1.03 ERA and was All Conference Honorable Mention. Bland knows what it takes to make it at the College Level as a pitcher both mentally and skill wise. He helps prepare our pitchers for the "life" of a College pitcher. Josh currently makes his home in Parker, CO with his wife Brittani.
