Colonial Forge High School Baseball Homerun Sponsorship Program Levels of Sponsorships: Solo Homerun Sponsorship: $1.00 – $49.00 Donation -Free advertising in our baseball program, which is handed out at each home game, Varsity and Junior Varsity (approximately 20 home games) Two-Run Homerun Sponsorship: $50.00 - $99.00 Donation -Free advertising in our baseball program -Free advertising on our team website (www.eteamz.com/colonialforgebaseball/) -Announced at the beginning and end of the season as a sponsor of the Colonial Forge Baseball Program Three-Run Homerun Sponsorship: $100.00 - $199.00 -Free advertising in our baseball program -Free advertising on our team website (www.eteamz.com/colonialforgebaseball/) -Prior to the start of the game, your company will be announced as the sponsor of the game balls for that night’s game (your company will be sponsoring two games per dozen baseballs) Grand Slam Sponsorship: over $200.00 -All of the above mentioned items -Free admission at the gate to attend our home baseball games -Certificate of Appreciation for taking part in sponsorship program -Plus sponsor’s name on our 2008 Sponsorship Banner on display at all home games throughout the season The following list contains future equipment purchases and field improvements to be made to the Colonial Forge Baseball Program. In order for these improvements to take place, the rising of funds is neccessary. Donations from individuals or local businesses would be most appreciated. Any businesses willing to donate money or materials for any of these improvements, will receive free advertising on our website. Any individuals willing to donate money or materials will be specially recognized by the Colonial Forge Baseball Program throughout the year. Expected Expenses for the 2008 Baseball Season: -New Uniforms (set of 40) $5,000 -Equipment Purchases $7,000 -Field Improvements $7,000 -Miscellaneous Costs $3,000 Total Expected Expenses: $22,000 |
