2008 Eagles Hitting Clinic Brochure - Microsoft Publisher

The Colonial Forge High School Baseball Team will be holding their sixth annual Eagles Hitting Clinic on Friday, April 4th from 4:00-7:00PM and Saturday, April 5th from 9:00AM-12:00PM. The purpose of the clinic is to assit young people in improving their hitting skills and developing proper training habits. The companionship of other players and the learning of sportsmanship and related athletic values are additional benefits. Emphasis will be placed on the fundamentals of hitting, which includes the physical and mental approach that the hitter takes with them into the batter's box, as well as much more. Each daily session will include drills to help players correct faults or to perfect the hitting skills they are developing.
Cost of the clinic: $25.00/day or $50.00 total
Ages: Open to all boys and girls ages 7-18
Instruction by the Colonial Forge Baseball Coaching Staff and Players

The Colonial Forge High School Baseball Program will hold its seventh annual Baseball Camp on June 17-20, 2008 at Colonial Forge High School. The camp will run from 9:00am - 3:00pm with a short break for lunch each day. The cost of the camp is $96.00 if the camper is pre-registered and is received by June 1st. If you are registering after June 1st, or on the first day of camp, the cost will be $100.00 The camp is open to boys and girls ages 7-18 years old. A $10.00 discount per camp will be provided for two or more siblings that are pre-registered. The Colonial Forge High School Baseball Coaching Staff will instruct the camp along with other area high school coaches and present and former players of the Colonial Forge Baseball Program.

The purpose of the camp is to assist young people in improving their baseball skills and develops proper playing habits. The companionship of other players and the learning of sportsmanship and related athletic values are additional benefits. Emphasis is on individual instructions in basic skills such as sliding, base running, bunting, hitting, throwing, fielding, cut-offs, relays, pitching and much more. Each daily session will include drills to help players’ correct faults or to perfect the skills they are developing.
