Collins Hill Summer Softball Happenings!
 


  Throughout June there are Summer Workouts scheduled
including Field Practice, Weight Training and Swimming.

  June 1-4 and June 8-11
Summer League Hosted by CHHS and Central Gwinnett 
Green Team: Roster and Schedule
Silver Team:  Roster and Schedule
Players must also have a release of liability in order to participate

  June 17, 9:30am - 3:30pm
GA Dugout Club's Elite 80 Tryout at CHHS

  June 22-25, 8:30am - 12:30pm
Summer Camp - All players will help to offer the young
girls of the community a great softball learning experience

Friday, February 20
**Attention Rising 9th Graders!

Important Softball Information for all Upcoming Freshman:
  1. We will have workouts in the summer that we would love for you to be a part of. 
    These will include weight lifting sessions, conditioning, and practices.
  2. Summer school classes are available through the Community School for Life/Fitness and Health.
    If you attend these classes, you can be in weight training as a freshman. Being stronger
    is very important, don’t get passed by!
  3. Summer Fundamentals Camp: June 22-25 from 8:30-12:30.  Sign-ups are through the
    Community School or click for the Camp Application. This is during summer school,
    but you will be allowed to attend.
  4. Tryouts will begin at the start of August! Please check this website for further information.
    We will be having 3 teams next season: 9th Grade, JV and Varsity.
  5. Before you can try out for any team, you will need to make sure the coaches have your name
    to put you on the eligibility list.  If you did not sign the sheet at the Activities Fair, you will
    need to email one of the coaches and give your name before you can try out.
  6. You MUST have a physical on the correct Gwinnett County Physical Form to try out.
    These forms can be picked up in the front office of Collins Hill High School.

Please check our website periodically for information about Summer Workouts, Tryouts and
other general information.  If you have any questions at all or if anything is left off, please
email one of the coaches.
