Who: Varsity & JV teams

Cost: $400.00 per team (make checks payable to Collins Hill Dugout Club)

Each team will play 4 games over the 4-day period.  Varsity teams will play a Varsity schedule and JV teams will play a JV schedule.  Registration is due by June 1st, 2009.   Please return your registration form to:
