2009 Tsunami Registration
The College Station Tsunamis have set registration dates for the 2009 season. We will again offer ON-LINE REGISTRATION and strongly encourage you to register from the convenience of your home or office. Website is: http://parksweb.cstx.gov We will also offer walk-in and mail in registration, but would prefer that you register on-line. Registration information will be e-mailed to all returning swimmers by the week of March 9th. Swimmer registrations (for all swimmers, new and returning) will be accepted beginning March 16. If you do choose to come to the Central Park Office, it is open from Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00. (remember that if you register ON-LINE, you can register any time that is convenient for you! Please note that the Volunteer form, or the "no-volunteer fee, must be completed along with the registration form for the registration to be accepted. Space will be limited in each age group and spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
2009 Registration cost is $100 per swimmer. The fee includes all practices and all regular season meets and a t-shirt for each swimmer. (Any invitational meets that the swimmer qualifies for and chooses to attend will have a nominal fee attached). Also, in 2009, participation (i.e. coaching and practices) in the TAAF, Region 5 Swim Meet in early July and the Games of Texas will return and will be included in your registration fee.
Please note that only children that are zoned to College Station ISD schools or live in a town that doesn't have an NWAL team (i.e. Caldwell) are eligible to swim with the Tsunamis, per the NWAL rules.
