Fallon Center for Youth Sports: Employment

We are currently looking for Scouting Executives for our College Planning Program, Pilots Baseball teams and our various camps and clinics. The people in these positions will completely understand our mission and goals as it pertains to what we feel our role is in each community we serve.  This position will be responsible for effectively meeting our needs of new and existing clients through the sale of our college planning programs, baseball teams and camps and clinics.  In addition to assisting each client in understanding our program after the become involved.

This position offers uncapped commissions! 

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, passionate about helping people succeed, and will have a successful record in sales with an ability to increase business. Experience with initiating customer contact, customer prospecting, customer relationship development, and customer follow-up skills a must.
