Coles Little League is in its 30th year of providing the Little League Baseball/Softball experience for the youngsters, aged five through eighteen, in the mid-Prince William County area.
Due to the weekend snowstorm, the walk-in registration session scheduled for February 6th has been moved to Saturday, February 13th. Registration is now open for baseball and softball. There will NOT be a FUNDRAISER this season! We have taken your advice and included the fundraiser in the registration fees. If this creates a problem for you, please email cdllsecretary@gmail.com for other options.
There's still one more walk-in registration session scheduled: All walk-in registrations will be held at the Meadowbrook Woods Community Building located at 13200 Superior Court. You can still register by mail (download the registration form by clicking here or on the headline). You will need to fill out one registration form for each player. Monday, February 8

If your child is of league age 9-12 and NOT already a member of a Major League Team, he or she MUST attend a try-out to be eligible for a competitive draft. If your child is league age 9-11 and does NOT attend, he or she will not be eligible for a Major League Team and will be placed on a Minor League Team via a “hat pick”. Please do everything that you can so that your ballplayer(s) can make the indoor tryouts on the 20th or 21st. If you absolutely, positively cannot attend the tryout sessions on one of those days, please contact one of the division vice-presidents.
Beginning back in the 2008 season, according to the change to Regulation V, all league age twelve year olds that do not have a District approved Major League Waiver on file with the league before the start of the Major Division draft will be assigned to a Major League Team. The assignment will be made either via the draft (if they attended tryouts), or via the blind draw “hat pick”. Tuesday, October 13

Can You Sponsor a Coles Little League Team?
Coles Little League is looking for companies and individuals who want to help support our ballplayers by becoming Team Sponsors. Besides the gratitude of the players on your team, and the knowledge that you are helping to equip and outfit players throughout the league, for your $350.00 tax deductible contribution you'll get a banner hanging on the outfield fences of either Cupka or Rusciolelli Fields at Independent Hill Community Park for both the Spring and Fall 2008 Little League seasons, along with Opening Day publicity during our ceremonies and in the Opening Day program.
