Welcome to the Colchester Baseball & Softball League website. The CBSL is a volunteer run, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting youth baseball and softball within the Colchester, Connecticut community.

The following are the scheduled registration dates for the spring 2010 CBSL season:
Tuesday, January 19, 2010 ... 6-8pm
Wednesday, January 20, 2010 ... 6-8pm
Saturday, January 23, 2010 ... 9-12pm
Wednesday, January 27, 2010 ... 6-8pm
Saturday, January 30, 2010 ... 9-12pm *
* January 30 is a CBSL LATE REGISTRATION session. Late fees will be assessed on this date.
All registration sessions are scheduled for the JJIS cafeteria.
CBSL general meeting will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2010 at the Polish Club. Time: 7:30pm. All coaches, parents and anyone interested in Colchester baseball and/or softball are encouraged to attend.

Please help the CBSL recover it's property. Loss of CBSL equipment has a direct impact on registration fees. The following managers have yet to return equipment from the spring 2009 season:

› Nominations are currently being taken for Division Coordinators and Managers for the 2010 season. Minor SB is in need of Division Coordinator nominees. Members interested in managing a team in the spring must be nominated at a General Meeting in January.
Recent release from Little League Baseball regarding pitch counts.
This message is to let you know of additional changes to the Official Regulations and Playing Rules in the baseball divisions of Little League.
These changes, enacted on Friday by the Little League International Board of Directors, will bring the Regular Season and Tournament Pitching Rules into alignment. As we have heard over the years, this has been a desire of many involved in Little League.
