Congratulations to all the CATS cheerleaders and coaches for a job well done. Our girls took 2nd place at the Cheer competition this weekend at Upper Darby H.S. and we would like for them to keep up the good work.........

Hello to all CATS, that means family and friends. We will open the 2009 season up on the road at 69th & Grovers against the Dynasty Dragons. Please be advised the date of these games will be 9-5-09 which is also the CATS picture day. We will be hosting picture day at our homefield which is located at 63rd & Spruce St. Picture day begins at 7:30am. Please see Coach D if you have not recieved a picture day package. GO CATS!!!!!!

We will be having registration day for the 2009 Football and Cheer Camp onSaturday, April 25, 2009 from 10am to 3pm at the CATS homefield located at 63rd and Spruce St. Look for the CATS banner, if it rains we will be conducting the registration on the inside of the recreation center. All children aged 5 to 15 are welcome and are encouraged to come to camp. This is a non-contact conditioning camp aimed at preparing our youth for the upcoming 2009 Pop Warner football and cheer season, while also giving our children an approiate non-competive athletic outlet prior to the season. The camp is 6 weeks long on Saturdays only. We hope that all the children who attend camp will aslo stay and play for the CATS during the regular season, but it is not mandatory. Children will be issued a camp shirt which is to be worn everyday of camp. The registration cost for football and cheer camp is $35.00.

THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP IS SATURDAY, MAY 9, 2009 10AM. 

Parents pleased be advised we will be at our homefield located on 63rd and Spruce St. at 5:30pm on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008 to collect any equipment that we have not recieved and also to hand out information in reference to the annual banquet. The annual banquet will be held on Dec. 6, 2008 from 1p to 3p at the Salvation Army located on 55th and Arch St. We hope to see everyone on Wednesday so we can handle the forementioned events. Thank You in advance and go CATS where leaders are born.

On Saturday, 10-18-08 at 2pm at Beverly Hills Middle School located on Garrett Rd. in Upper Darby, PA our 120lbs. team will be playing the Trojans for the right to go to the Delware Valley Championship game.  This is a huge game for the kids as well as for the coach. Coach Harry is one year removed from a playoff debacle at the Panthers last year and he states "the children still have that sour taste in their mouthes and I plan on removing it this week".  Please come out and support our only team to make it to the playoffs this year, they can really use our support. Also at the game I will have the chances that the children need in reference to the banquet. Pass this information on to all CATS families. The 90s and 105s are encouraged to be there in rare form yelling and screaming. We have to play this week through the 120s.

Parents on September 2, 2008 Jason Avant, Swoop and a few Eagle cheerleaders came to CATS Country to pass out helemets and shoulder pads to a few of our football players. This was a wonderful day made possible by Good Sports. The cheerleaders showed the CATS cheer squads a few new routines while Jason spent quality time teaching and talking and motivating our children. This was a day that the children will never forget. The CATS would like to give a big Thank You to Jason Avant, Good Sports and the Eagles.

We will begin our season this year with a preseason weekend which will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2008 at our home field located at 63rd and Spruce St.  At 10 am our flag team will be playing the Matdores, at 11am our 90's will be playing the Monarchs, at 1pm our 105's will be playing the Panthers and the 120's will be finishing up the day with a game vs. the Dynasty Dragons at 3pm. All family and friends are welcome to attend. This year will only be as successful as the parents involved. Please plan to assist us assist your children.

Congradulations to the entire CATS family. I am proud to announce that the 135lbs. team will representing our organization in the 2007 championship game. This marks the 4th time in 4yrs. that at least one team from the organization has made it to the championship game. The 135s had a big win over the Panthers at 57th and Vine while the 105s completed thier season with a playoff lost to the Panthers at the same location.  Both teams and all coaches are to be commended for their efforts. I also would like to take this time to give a shout out to the cheer squad and their coaches as well. Our girls are the cream of the crop.

Please plan to attend the championship game on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at 3pm at West Philly High School feild located at 48th and Spruce St.  Lastly, I would like to remind everyone that our annual banquet will be held at our homefeild inside of the recreation center at 63rd and Spruce St. The time will be 1p - 4p and the date is Sat., Jan. 26, 2008.
