3 DAY WORKOUT, FULL BODY
DAY ONE: 3X15 CURLS, TRICEP EXTENSIONS, BENCH, SQUAT, 25-50 SITUPS
Increase weight 2-1/2 to 5 lbs after each week

DAY TWO: 3X15 DUMBELL CURLS, DUMBELL TRICEP EXTENSIONS, INCLINE BENCH, LEG PRESS, SETS OF SITUPS
Increase weight 2-1/2 to 5 lbs after each week

DAY THREE: 1 SET OF EACH ABOVE TO EXHAUSTION

DO this for one or two months & repeat.

Note: Optional weekend workout-chose one of the above or day three

4 DAYS
DAY ONE: 3X15 CURLS, SITTING PREACHER CURLS, TRICEP EXTENSIONS, TRICEP PULLDOWNS, BENCH PRESS
Increase weight 2-1/2 to 5 lbs after each week

DAY TWO: 3X15 SQUAT, QUAD EXTENSIONS, HAMSTRING CURLS, TOE RAISERS, INNER THIGH MACHINE

DAY THREE: 3X15 ALTERNATING ARM DUMBELL CURLS, ALTERNATING ARM SITTNG CURLS, ALTERNATING ARM DUMBELL TRICEP EXTENSIONS, DUMBELL PRESS, DUMBELL FLYS
Increase weight 2-1/2 to 5 lbs after each week

DAY FOUR: 3X15 LEG PRESS, QUAD EXTENSIONS, HAMSTRING CURLS, TOE RAISERS, INNER THIGH MACHINE


Note: Optional weekend workout..Friday or Saturday one each Day 1/Day two or Day three/day four, one set each exersise to exhaustion.

DO this for one or two months & repeat.
