- Sundays, January 2010 @ 9am: The Hill at North Mountain: Turn westbound on Peoria & 7th street. Take the access road west all the way around to the last ramada/restroom area on the left. The take the trail south near the power station to the hill/water tower.
- Wednesdays 2010 @ 630pm:Valley Vista High School: Surprise, Az (more TBA)

BLOCK TRAINING SCHEDULE
Develop your speed & talents BEFORE the season starts with Coach Mo Speed Camps. Stay in shape during the season and during the off season. Thanks to the beautiful weather in the Valley Of The Sun, speed campers may select weekly, monthly, quarterly or year-round training.
Note that "in season" weekend training is available in the fall, winter and spring. Designed for in-season maintenance of speed, agility & technique skills. More of a light training schedule to improve muscle memory and to keep players "sharp" in-season, the earybird, and evening sessions are a must for the serious athlete.

BLOCK I
SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING
Minicamp
September-December & between Thanksgiving & Christmas breaks.
Sunday training only September-October. Twice a week sessions begin in November. Additional session added after Thanksgiving. Block I ends during Christmas Break.
Football players will be invited to our monthly FBU Training Combines at no extra cost.
