FOOTBALL UNIVERSITY (FBU)

Coach Mo has a well-earned reputation as a speed and agility Coach.  Now he is teamed up with FBU.  This relationship represents a whole new demension to training and a leap forward in football recruiting.  Coach Mo sped camps and our staff was chosen specifically by FBU because of our ability to identify elite youth and high school talent.

At FBU, we are looking for kids 6^th grade – 11^th grade that have the ability to play at the next level.  If you have that ability, contact us and/or send one of the attached forms.  You will be invited to one of our scouting combines and nominated for FBU's elite football camps.

Footbal University (FBU), the nations leader in sports recruiting and football specific training has selected Mo Streety (Coach Mo) as a regional scout and traininer.  Coach Mo will also reccomend players to Fooball University Elite Camps.  This presents a tremendous opportuity not only for our speed campers and alumni, athletes through out the country that are affiliated with Coach Mo speed camps will have the opportunity to train and be selected for Football University events.

FOOTBALL UNIVERSITY

Football University was started by the creators of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on NBC, which annually showcases the nation’s top preps such as Adrian Peterson, Reggie Bush, Tim Tebow and the nation’s top 7th and 8th graders in the Youth All-American Bowl held in San Antonio’s Alamodome in January. Two years ago, FBU founders realized three things: existing national camps were not servicing the elite level athlete from 6th to 11th grade, the nation’s top youth athletes were looking for year round specialized instruction to prepare for their high school football career, and unlike other major sports, no national organization identified the nation’s top youth football players. 

As a response, FBU’s founders built a network of trusted prep and youth football coaches and commissioners who could identify the nation’s top athletes from 6th to 11th grade in 30 regions. They then found the best instructors from the NFL ranks who could teach an elite curriculum to the emerging elite athlete. At the QB position alone, our instructors haveprivately trained Eli Manning, Tony Romo, Tom Brady and Matt Ryan, the top quarterback in the 2008 NFL Draft. The three-day experience features 14 hours of one-of-a-kind instruction to prepare youth athletes for their future careers.

The experience features on and off field instruction, technique drills, film study, classroom testing, and hi-definition footballanalysis allowing the athlete and instructor to observe technique at 500 frames per second.  Every athlete undergoes the latest performance training and assessment to develop playmaking ability and receives a private technical evaluation by his NFL instructor.

After two years, FBU has trained more than 2,500 of the nation’s top prep and youth athletes including hundreds of youth  All-Americans, Division 1 scholarship athletes and U.S. Army All-Americans, including 2009 top rated prep and U.S. Army Bowl MVP, Terrelle Pryor (Ohio State). Training the nation’s best youth alongside the nation’s top preps allows our younger athletes to learn first hand what it takes to remain elite at the next level, and understand the demands of prep football and its college recruiting world. For these athletes and their parents, it is never too early to understand their future. 

YEAR-END ‘TOP GUN’ WEEKEND FOR TOP EIGHTY 7th AND 8th GRADERSIn July, FBU will invite its best 7th and 8th grade alumni to its “Top Gun” facility outside Orlando, Florida. For three days, athletes will be housed on campus at a state of the art, 90-acre NFL-style football training complex, currently the home to NFL athletes. The facility features Bermuda grass fields, indoor turf, a speed and strength center and first class lodgingalong with on site chef, nutritionist and trainer. This showcase will be instructional and competitive. Parents are invited to stay at a nearby hotel and are provided a day pass to watch the action from the observation deck. 

SELECTION PROCESS FOR FBUFBU trains athletes who consider football a primary sport, have demonstrated elite football ability, and are prepared for elite level training. FBU’s 30 city selection team identify the nation’s top 6th, 7th and 8th graders in each region for FBU invitations and admission. If an athlete has not been identified and desires to attend FBU, nominations may be submitted atfootballuniversity.org and every athlete will be interviewed for admission. We understand that our selection process misses many great athletes as some develop late, switch positions, or play in leagues that receive less exposure.
