Our Association is blessed with many wonderful and talented men that coach our boys. The measure of this award is not based solely on record. There are many other factors that play into determining a recipient such as administrating, communication with parents, players, & the league, handling adverse issues, parent evaluations, and unconditionally volunteering time and resources back to the league outside of the coach's team.
