CNB 9/10 Girls are State Champ Runner-up!
Congratulations to our 9/10 girls for making it to the state championship. The CNB girls defeated Lincoln, defending state champ Cumberland and Tiverton to advance to the state finals and ultimately losing to So. Kingstown in the finals. Great job girls!!
9-10 yr old Girls Win District One Championship!
CNB Girls will be the District 1 champions to advance to the state tournament after beating Mount Pleasant two straight games.

CNBLL Opening Day, Saturday April 26, 2008
IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR, AND IT’S TIME TO PLAY BALL!!!
All players (in full uniform) will report to Rite Aid (formerly Brooks) Pharmacy on Pontiac Avenue at 8:00 to meet with their respective teams.
The parade from Rite Aid to the field will begin at 8:30 with Opening Day ceremonies beginning at 9:00. Schedules for team pictures and games will be distributed that day.
Please also join us this year in supporting our community by bringing cans of non-perishable food items to assist the RI Community Food Bank. Some suggestions include:
CANNED SOUP
CANNED TUNA
PEANUT BUTTER
CANNED NUTS
CANNED FRUIT
CANNED VEGTABLES
TOMATO SAUCE
WHOLE WHEAT PASTA
BROWN RICE
CRACKERS
GRANOLA BARS
** PLEASE NO GLASS JARS OF BABY FOOD
Drop-off locations will be throughout the field and concession stand. On your way by make sure to try our new nachos!
The rain date will be Sunday, April 27 with the same meeting time and place. We hope you will join us for this exciting day of games, prizes, and fun for all ages.
