Girls win against Bel Air
With most of the top runners not running the girls still came away with a victory. The boys narrowly missed winning. Considering that Bel Air only kept out there top 5 runners, while CMW held out their top 10 this is a big accomplishment.

Results from scrimmage meet.
The results are in word from. Excellent job today it was tough in the heat and humidity. By my counts both teams would have won. We still have alot of work to do, and a long way to go to accomplish our goals. Everyday is important. I added an additional handout comparing this years scrimmage times to last years.
