Last regular season meet producing great times
Our last regular season meet produced some great times. Matt Provonche ran a 9:48 2 mile, Sara Bailey ran a 11:38 2 mile, Lindsay Smith ran a 5:22 mile, and there were many others who did an awesome job. Keep up the good work.

STATES ARE HERE!!!!!
Things continue to go well. Sara, Matt, Lindsay S, Hannah M, and the girls 4 x 8 have all qualified for the state meet at Morgan State University. Great job, and keep up the hard work.

Great season comes to an end
I would like to thank everyone for a great season. The state meet was very successful. Sara Bailey's 3rd place finish in the 3200 run was the highlight of the meet for our distance group.
