Become a CMRLL Sponsor

________________________________________________________________________________________

Dear Friend of CMRLL,

On behalf of Carmel Mountain Ranch Little League (CMRLL), we’re requesting that you consider sponsoring our Little League program for this coming 2013season.

In the past, contributions from the community have enabled us to allow hundreds of children, from the communities of Carmel Mountain Ranch and Sabre Springs, to play recreational baseball during the spring and summer months.  Additionally, sponsorship funds have assisted us in making vast improvements to our playing fields, including adding both a lighting system and scoreboard on our Major’s Field.   Also, through sponsorship contributions we were able to participate in various Little League All-Star tournaments this past summer.

For our 2013 season, the league will be working to provide improved athletic programs, while continuing with our field improvements.  The costs of developing and maintaining our programs and fields are tremendous.  We purchase our own uniforms and athletic equipment, pay for field maintenance, electricity, league and tournament fees and much, much, more.  Although each player is assessed a registration fee, the costs for our league greatly exceed the registration fees.  In select cases, registration fees are even waived if the families cannot afford them.  This is to give every child in our community the opportunity to play Little League baseball.

That is why financial support, from businesses like yours, is so critical to the success of our league.  By choosing to be a sponsor of CMRLL baseball, you will be helping to create a rewarding experience for hundreds of area children. CMRLL is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization and your sponsorship is a tax-deductible donation.  Our Little League program is growing and our goal is to support as many players as are interested, and field as many teams as our financial resources will permit.  With your assistance and financial support, we are confident that we will achieve this goal.

Attached you will find our 2013 sponsorship contract, for your review.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.  On behalf of the many boys and girls who will benefit from your generosity, thank you, in advance, for your participation in our sponsorship program.  Without community involvement from businesses like yours, there would be no Carmel Mountain Ranch Little League.  We are looking forward to another exciting season of baseball.

Sincerely,

Casey Grieme
