Costa Mesa American Little League: Spring 2011 Divisions

Major
The Little League Major Division consists of players in the 10-12 age group. The Players are required to try out before they are Drafted by the Managers of the teams. The top two teams in the Majors are entered into the D62 Tournament of Champions (TOC) at the end of the year.

Minor A
The Little League Minor A Division usually consists of players in the 9-11 age group. The Players are required to try out before they are Drafted by the Managers of the teams. The top two teams in the Minor A Division are entered into the D62 Tournament of Champions (TOC) at the end of the year.

Minor B
The Little League Minor B Division usually consists of players in the 8-10 age group. The Players are required to try out before they are Drafted by the Managers of the teams. The top two teams in the Minor B Division are entered into the D62 Tournament of Champions (TOC) at the end of the year.

Farm
The Little League Farm Division usually consists of players in the 7-9 age group. The Players are not required to try out and will be placed on teams. In this Division a Pitching Machine is used during games to insure pitches that are hittable. The machines are run by the offensive teams coach.

Coach Pitch
The Little League Coach Pitch Division usually consists of players in the 6-8 age group. The Players do not try out and are placed on teams. The Coach of the offensive team pitches to his/her own players. Soft Baseball are utilized to ensure safety.

T-Ball
The Little League T-Ball Division usually consists of players in the 4-6 age group. The player do not try out and are placed on teams. They use a Tee to hit off of and we utilize Soft Baseballs to ensure safety.
