2009 FALL TRAINING PROGRAM
All Stars Fall Training Program consists of 10 weeks of great baseball training.
FTP FOCUS AREAS
PITCHING - Weekly Bullpens, Mechanics & Strategy
CATCHING - Receiving, Blocking , and Throwing
INFIELD PLAY - Footwork and Throwing Angles - Mass Reps Weekly
OUTFIELD PLAY - Positioning, Mass Reps Weekly
HITTING - Fundamental Mass Reps, Situational Hitting
BASERUNNING - Leads, Reads and Jumps, Agrresive Baserunning Fundamentals
SPEED & QUICKNESS - Weekly Agility and Conditioning Drills
GWTG - Situational Game Play and "Teaching the Game Within the Game"
Club All Star uses this program to select players for our travel teams for interested players. However, this camp is purely instructional and we want players of all ages to participate even if players are not interested in one of our travel teams. All Star welcomes all players from other travel teams to our training program who would like extra instruction and repetitions.
FTP Program Includes
(10) 2.5 Hr Intense On Field Training Sessions
(5) 1.15 Hr Awesome Indoor Hitting & Training Sessions
Professional Instruction from:
Univ. of Pacific & Delta College Coaches, Local HS Coaches, Current & Former Professional Players, and Current College Players
All Players Receive an All Star Shirt & Hat
