CYSL will offer a small number of scholarships for the 2009 season. Scholarships are part of a discounted registration rate. In order to be considered for a scholarship, the board must receive a letter of request by May 1, 2009. Please send requests to PO Box 372, Cloverdale, CA 95425.

*Birth Certificate for each player.
Your Child must have turned 4 years of age on or before July 31, 2009
Registration Fees:
$75/1st Child
$65/2nd child,
$150 total for three or more siblings *
*Must reside within same household. Proof of residency may be required (i.e. school records)
There will be no refunds after the first game of the season, and prior to that, refunds will be less a $15 processing fee.
*U14 Players please provide a wallet size picture.
*Late registrations will be waitlist ONLY.
