CLL PHILOSOPHY

Chesterfield Little League strives to develop the baseball knowledge, abilities and sportsmanship of Chesterfield County youth, and instill in them a love for the game of baseball that lasts a lifetime. And although each new season the ‘Journey’ must begin again, as an organization we will strive to build upon the foundations of baseball fundamentals and new friendships that Little League Baseball develops year by year.

Chesterfield Little League is looking for volunteers

Our 2008 Fall Ball is behind us now and its time to start looking towards the 2009 Spring Season. The Board and other volunteers have already started preparing for our children to begin practicing and playing in March.

It takes a lot of volunteers to make sure that our children have a great year. This league is rich in parents with both experience and abilities that can make this a rewarding time for all of our children. An easy way for you to help is to volunteer to serve on one of the many committees created to help the League have a smooth, organized season. The committees include:

-Opening Day
-Coke Fundraiser
-Field Maintenance
-Tournament
-Sponsorship
-Manager/Coach Development
-Player Development
-Team Parent
-Uniform
-Registration
