Friday, May 1
Concession stand gets a much needed face Lift!
A special thanks goes out to all those who helped remodel the counters in the concession stand, we now have new formica counter tops that look great and are easy to keep clean and a new stainless steel sink. Also a special thanks to those who spent hours cleaning and organizing the concession stand.

Friday, April 10
Teams have been formed!
A special thanks to the evaluation committee that spent 2 full days evaluating players. Also a special thanks to the players comittee that spent a great deal of time and effort building and implementing a fair team selection process. We have 13 teams this year, 6 Majors teams and 7 Minors teams. Our season begins on May 4th, hope to see you at the ball park.

Wednesday, April 1
Site Concept Plan Accepted!
The Army Corp. of Engineers has officially accepted the Site Concept Plans for a new baseball complex directly south of the soccer complex. We are now ready to start surveying the ground so we can submit an official set of plans and construction phases to the Army Corp. of Engineers.

Player Registration will start soon!
Watch this site, listen to the radio, or watch for the announcement in the paper for Player registration dates and deadlines.

Monday, February 2
Try Out Dates are Set!
Check the calendar in this site to see the try out dates. Every Player wanting to play baseball this year MUST make it to the posted try outs. Those parents who have 8yr olds wanting to try out need to attend the parent meeting on March 23rd, see the calendar for details.

Monday, January 5
Player Committee Proposal is accepted by the Board!

Tonight the Players Committee presented it's final proposal and it was accepted by the Board of Directors. Some of the proposal highlights include:

Each team will have a fresh start each year therefore every child will be required to try out in order to be placed on a team.  The players will be placed on teams using the fairest system available in order to promote the best baseball experience possible. The All-Star games will be a Clinton Little League event this year, the hope is to get more kids involved in this experience and make it a fun event for everyone. The 2009 Baseball Season will begin on May 4th and end no later than July 20th.



Monday, January 5
The City of Clinton Works with Little League!
Clinton Little League Baseball and the City of Clinton are working with the US Army Corps of Engineers to establish a building site on the 44 acre tract of ground south of the Soccer Complex.

Thursday, December 4
President to Meet with Public Works!
On Tuesday December 9th the President of the Board of Directors will meet with the City Public Works to request land for new Baseball Fields.

Monday, December 1
Players Committee Presents Preliminary Proposal!
Tonight the players committee presented their preliminary proposal so the board could review and recommend changes. The final proposal will be voted on at the January 5th Board Meeting.

Friday, October 31
Players Committee hard at work!
The Players Committee has set about the business of forming the 2009 league structure, this is a very exciting time in our baseball season. There are a lot of good people working very hard to make sure that our 2009 baseball season is the best baseball season it can be.

Monday, October 6
New Board of Directors takes office!
At the annual meeting a new Board of Directors was elected and they started work tonight. This new Board is committed to working as hard as possible to ensure a great 2008-2009 baseball season.

Monday, October 20
6 New Committees established!

Tonight the Board of Directors established 6 new committees to facilitate the activities of the 2008-2009 baseball season. They are the Legal, Finance, Fund Raising, Facilities/Equipment, Personnel, and the Players Committees.
