Our Mission:

The Mission of Clinton Little League Baseball is to manage, serve, and promote the game of baseball in the Clinton area, at all levels of play, in order to ensure a good baseball experience, that instills the principles of citizenship, sportsmanship, and teamwork through teaching the fundamentals of baseball;  to assist member teams and participants in their various forms of involvement with the game; and to encourage and facilitate the involvement of as many people as possible in baseball activities in order to ensure the future of the sport in the Clinton area. 

Our Challenges:

1) Clinton Little League currently consist of approximately 150 participants that form 14 teams.     These 14 teams play 18 games per team and have 2 practices per week. All together that's 434 events in an eleven week period on one field.

2) Clinton Little League currently does not have enough funds to successfully complete the 2009 baseball season.

3) Clinton Little League currently is chartered under Little League Baseball Inc. of Williamsport Va. and must comply with the rules and regulations that are set up to benifit that organization. 

Our Direction:

1) To promote fair and equitable play amongst all participants.

2) To promote the Growth of the divisions, participants, and volunteers by considering all available options.

3) To expand our facilities in order to accomodate the current and future growth of the local league.

4) To provide a support system for the training of the current and future personnel. 

5) To promote and ensure the future of baseball in the Clinton area.
